Service With A Smile (Sometimes)
I'm sure I've been to this restaurant before. It should also have a sign saying "Trained Chef Sometimes in Kitchen" and "Staff Usually Wash Hands".
I should carry my own sign that reads "Tip Not Guaranteed". Grrr.
